Train baby, train...


4 Things to train for over the next 3 months, Yay! Run Melbourne half marathon end June, City to Surf 14km August, Akuna Bay go natural multisport race August and the big one, the Sydney Bridge Marathon September! Whew...
Think i'll go have some protein and a bit of carbs... :-)

Why Air Earth Water?


Because i fly Hang Gliders and planes (used to). Climb Mountains, run and cycle. And surfski, surf and swim. Add these together and look at the next 10 years challenges and you've got a recipe for a story and lots to talk about!
