Holiday in South Africa and Botswana

Nice holiday back home, started with Botswana, with a tented safari camp for a few days. Here's a few friends we saw along the way.

Early morning Sydney

Paddling in Sydney in the inner harbour is always awesome in the morning. Here's a pic looking out to the heads, out to sea.

Hot, Hot, Hot...

So I ran out of my air conditioned hotel this morning to run around the Tan in Melbourne, only to be greeted by a furnace of a morning, already at 30 degrees at 07H00am! Needless to say, water is the order of the day after running my tongue thick. They reckon it's gonna be 45deg inland of Adelaide! Take cover.

A good weekend

Surfing, hanging out with the birds and general R&R with a 19k casual run thrown in. Working on the ITB friction, shaving my head, goodbye blond, all in a week...

How funny to look at that now, but brings back serious memories. Russia is a cool place, well worth spending some time there, nice people.
